The spaciousness of the apartment & the locality.
The fact there was no wifi which was appalling for such a large city in this age. Also the toaster lever had to be held down to cook our toast. Also there was only 1 small mirror in the bathroom which wasn't enough when there are 4 people trying to get ready.

Location is very central. Easily accomodated 5 adults. Having a shower is important. No problems with appliances or utilities. Beds and furnishings were comfortable.
Air conditioning would be a benefit. An alarm clock would have made waking up for a 5:00 AM taxi less stressful.
