The very good beds in de front sleepingroom. I liked also the beautiful light in de frontroom.
The rug on the floor in the front bedroom was not very clean.

Apartmán je prostorný, komfortní a s výhodnou polohou v centru u Národního divadla
Náš pobyt proběhl v polovině února 2012. Teploty byly venku tedy pod/kolem bodu mrazu. Apartmán nebyl vytopen a ani po dvou dnech se přímotopy nepodařilo vysoké pokoje vytopit a teplota uvnitř byla cca 17stupňů. (pouze ložnice měly 2 přímotopy, kde byla teplota o stupeň lepší). Nic tedy komfortního pro naše malé děti a odnesla to nemocí nakonec jak manželka, tak její matka, která s námi byla. Na druhou stranu je pravdou, že pan domácí měl velkou snahu nám pomoci, nabídl i jiný apartmán, což by ovšem znamenalo pro nás komplikace se stěhováním s dětmi na jednu noc.

The pick up and drop off at the airport couldn't have been better - including baby seat as requsted. The person that met us at the apartment (quite late at night) was clear, friendly and efficient. The location is perfect and the apartment was warm and cozy in early November
Only minor things - we were told it was a non-smoking apartment, but there was a distinct smell of stale smoke (possibly cleaners?); it also would be useful to have a bottle opener in the apartment!

The apartment did absolutely not meet our expectations. If we would find something positive, it was located in the heart of Prague - all the tourist attractions are only a few minutes walk away. The rooms were spacious. The apartment had a good wireless internet connection.
When we booked the apartment, it was stated that credit cards are accepted, but the landlord did not accept cards so we had to take out money from the ATM and pay to the landlord in cash, the bank charged 14 euros for that. All towels and bed linen smelled of cigarette smoke - we had to buy new towels and sheets in order to take a shower and to sleep. According to the landlord the sleeping capacity for this apartment is 9 persons - that was ok, but e.q. the kitchen was equipped for only 4-5 people. According to the landlord the apartment has one full bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, plus one more extra toilet - but the apartment had a bathroom with shower and tub but without a toilet and a toilet separately. We do not recommend this apartment to anyone, definitely not worth the price.

The apartment was in an excellent location very convenient for the city. The kitchen and bathroom were good and the shower was excellent.
The apartment would benefit from some new towels and bed linen, which were past their best. Some fans would also be good as the main room get all day sun.

I enjoyed the spacious area of the flat.
Parking was a problem.

The location and size of the apartment.
The apartment was excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions. The airport collection arrangement on our arrival was messed up (while the driver was present he did not have our name on his sign - he had Jan which meant nothing to me at that time). This needs to be advised in advance. Secondly, I was disappointed that mastercard was not acceptable (even though it was used to reserve the accomadation) and I had to pay added charges comprising, an agency commission plus an unexpected 5% commission to use an alternative credit card.

The appartment was clean very well situated and Prague was wonderful.
The arrangements we made concerning collection and return to the airport were disappointing. On both occasions the driver turned up late claiming traffic problems. Also we were unable to get hot water to the kitchen tap.

I liked the convenience of the room to the sites of the city. I was able to walk to any place I wanted to, and I did.

spacious apartment not far from the very center, very good value for money!
there was no affordable parking available. we had to use the parking garage of the opera which was just next door, but costed much more than we planned to spend for it. maybe it´s good to look for alternative parking before you travel - but this is not really a complaint about the apartment, which we loved!!!

Everything about the apartment was great! The location was hard to beat as well.
The one thing I would have liked to have had was a iron and ironing board.
