Praha!The whole town is fantastic.People are friendly and very nice.The country is great!
PLUS: It is spacy and we have the area which is worth the value of the money we spent for the apartment. Location is super.Right where we are closed to everything that tourists do need to be in easy access of. MINUS:It is too old and not being refurbished.You can see the floors are scrated.Sofa and bed mattresses are old nad extremely dirty. Ceiling especially at the point where water pipes are located leaks and are mildred. My opinion is if the place is renovated nicer n cleaner,you can even increase the price easily.

The apartment was large and comfortable. The people in the office were most helpful in answering all of our questions concerning the city, e.g. public transportation, supermarkets, schedules, etc. It was a wonderful stay.
Some loud voices outside at night from neighboring apartments.

We were not in Dlouha but in another apartment Wenseclasplein 36.
Yes, It took some time before we could use the safe. We went four times to the reception for that. The system is not appropriate, because visitors of the apartment have to clean their safe-code when they leave. Although that is explained very well in an text on the safe you have to draw the conclusion that every second visitor will not do that, I guess. People that had trouble with it will leave it in the right way. My suggestion is, learn the people that clean the apartment to reset the safe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was spacious, clean and in an excellent location.
We arranged transfers from the airport to the accomodation, however, the driver took us straight to the apartment and not the reception to pick up the keys, so charged us extra to what we agreed in the booking. Also, we did not appreciate cleaners and inspectors coming to the apartment at 10.54 (check out was by 11) and being quite rude to us about how late we were.

There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and having 2 toilets and showers was very usefeul. I would definitely use the apartment again for a group of guys going away
The decor and furniture was a little dated but this was a minor issue
